Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Most orders process and ship within two business days, however some items can take up to two weeks to ship.
Q. Do the shopping cart covers fit warehouse shopping carts?
A. Yes. Simply put on your Shopping Cart Cover and if your cart has leg holes for two children, simply use the two in the center.
Q. Do the shopping cart covers fit restaurant high chairs?
A. Yes, all shopping cart covers will fit restaurant highchairs, including the wooden and plastic ones with attached trays.
Q. How do I care for my Snazzybaby.com product?
A. Most products sold at Snazzybaby.com are washer and dryer friendly, however, some items make need special care. You will find specific care instructions located throughout the website, as well you will get an instruction and care page with your order.
Q. How do I care for my Zolowear baby sling?
A. All ZoloWear slings are machine washable (cold, delicate
cycle). However, the silk brocade slings will lose a bit of
their sheen when machine washed. Dry clean the silk slings to
keep that shiny new look. Care Instructions are included with
all sling purchases. Please refer to care instructions before
cleaning.
Q. I ordered a product and would like to know when I can expect it?
A. All items are in stock and ready for shipping unless other wise noted. You will recieve an email with a tracking number once your order ships. In stock items usually ship with in 3 days.
Q. What shipping method is used and can I track my package?
A. Each item is shipped with different carriers, but rest assured we always have a tracking number on hand to ensure a complete and speedy delivery. If you would like a tracking number for your order, simply drop us an email or specify in your order.

Sales Kit. Be sure to include your fax number, so we can fax

Q. What is the recommended age for the a shopping cart cover?
A. The recommended age for the SnazzySeat or any shopping cart cover is sitting up unassisted (usually 6-8 months) to four or five years. Your SnazzySeat will probably out last your stroller and your diaper bag!
